Production Services for Teams and Leagues

LIMITED CO. FMSPORTSMEDIA produces a complete broadcast replay operation for teams and leagues of LIMITED CO. FMSPORTSMEDIA, covering every technical and creative lane a match day demands. Each service below can be booked alone or combined into a full-season room.

TALKBACK

Our services are designed as lanes on one replay desk rather than separate products. Coverage feeds review, review feeds highlights, highlights feed the archive, and the archive feeds the next season of planning. LIMITED CO. FMSPORTSMEDIA keeps every lane on the same schedule and the same naming rules so nothing is lost between them.

The Alpine production room at 435 S Silver Ln, Alpine, 84004-2634, United States coordinates all six lanes, and the same crew leads travel to venues when an on-site build is required.

Call +14844729540 or email billing@lovelyyangelsz.buzz to scope a lane, a bundle or a full control room for your competition.

R1

Multi-Camera Event Coverage

We plan and operate a full camera complement around each fixture. A wide programme camera holds the match, while dedicated angles cover the scoring zone, the bench, the officials and the crowd. Operators shade each camera for colour and exposure before gates open and follow a shared running order that keeps the ball on screen without panicking the frame.

Coverage plans are drawn from a venue survey rather than a default template, so camera count, lens choice and position all follow the actual geometry of the ground. For indoor courts we favour elevated mid-court and baseline positions; for outdoor fields we read sun angles and build shade plans into the rig. Every feed is recorded to a protected drive and mirrored to a second lane before the first whistle.

Replay and Review Operations

Our replay desk mirrors the live timeline and marks every score, foul, boundary, substitution and turnover the moment it happens. Operators work on two jog wheels for frame-accurate scrubbing and keep a searchable clip stack that officials, coaches and broadcasters can reach in seconds. The review lane stays independent of the programme lane so a replay never interrupts the live picture.

Each marked clip receives a short event code, a period stamp and a camera reference, which lets a reviewer call up a specific angle without scrolling a raw timeline. During a stoppage the replay operator can push a clean clip to the review monitor and to the programme desk at the same time, which keeps the conversation on the decision rather than on the technology. End of match, the clip stack is exported as a documented review file.

Highlight Package Production

Editors cut highlight packages directly from the marked replay stack while the fixture is still fresh. Packages carry consistent music beds, lower thirds, scoreline wipes and an end card, all built to a league style guide so a season of output looks like one body of work. We produce short social cuts, medium round-up cuts and longer match summaries from the same source timeline.

Delivery follows the formats each partner actually publishes, including vertical social ratios and broadcast-length summaries, with captions and clean audio stems supplied alongside the finished cut. Because highlights are cut from marked clips rather than re-scouted footage, the turnaround stays inside the same match day and the facts on screen match the official record.

Live Graphics and Scoring Overlays

We design and drive the on-screen layer of the broadcast: score bugs, game clocks, stat pops, lineup boards and sponsor frames. Data is loaded before the whistle and corrected live throughout, so the story on screen tracks the official score sheet rather than a lagging copy. Graphics templates are built once and reused across a season to protect brand consistency.

Overlays are tested at the smallest delivery size first, because a stat that reads clearly on a large monitor can vanish on a phone. We keep the type scale, safe areas and contrast ratios fixed across templates, and we keep a manual override ready in case venue data or timing systems fail.

R5

Media Asset Management

Every clip, package and camera card is tagged, named and stored inside a structured library with consistent metadata. A league can pull a moment from a fixture two seasons ago as quickly as one from last night, and the files arrive with the context needed to use them. We manage retention schedules, backup rotations and format migration as the archive grows.

Our naming rules are agreed with the league before the first match, which keeps search predictable across operators and seasons. We run integrity checks on stored media, keep off-site copies of critical material and document the archive handover for every fixture so responsibility for the record is never ambiguous.

R6

Broadcast Logistics Support

We handle the technical scaffolding of the match day: power planning, cable routes, frequency coordination, signal routing and intercom design. Our logistics desk draws the signal map before the build, confirms load and redundancy on each path and carries spare hardware for the failure points that matter.

When a venue changes a gate, loses a power feed or adds a late camera, the fallback plan is already documented. We coordinate with host clubs, venue staff and broadcast partners so the technical day is predictable, and we leave the venue with the same tidy cable routes we expect to find on the next visit.

LIMITED CO. FMSPORTSMEDIA opens its quarterly coverage calendar for league partners, so early requests secure the replay lanes their calendars depend on.

Process Overview

Every engagement follows four movements, and each one closes with a written handover so the next fixture starts ahead rather than from scratch.

1. Survey and Scope

We visit the venue, agree camera and replay positions, define the camera count and confirm the league style guide.

2. Build and Rehearse

We install the rig, test every signal path and run a timed rehearsal against a live clock before the gates open.

3. Operate and Mark

We cover the match live, mark the replay stack, drive graphics and answer review calls inside the same possession.

4. Deliver and Archive

We cut packages, tag the library and hand over documented files within the agreed turnaround window.
